What if my product arrives damaged?
Please provide us your order number and a picture of the damaged product and we will resend a new one.
How fast do you ship?
Online orders 5-7 business days. Team orders take 7-10 business days
How will I know when my order ships?
You will be emailed a usps tracking number to the email you provided when you placed your order. Please check junk or spam folder as sometimes the email can go into those folders.
When I order a custom hood will you remove the background of the logo?
Yes, we will remove the background of your logo and just print the image.
What happens if I ordered the wrong item?
No exchanges or refunds unless product is defected or damaged upon arrival.
